We get backlogged during public holidays and high-volume times of the year, which could delay your shipment. 

All orders placed by 11am AEST Monday to Friday are normally shipped within 24 hours.

To avoid disappointment in the lead up to the holiday season, please ensure your order is placed by the following dates.

Anywhere in Australia (except WA and NT):

Tuesday 19th December 2023 for Parcel Post

Thursday 21st December 2023 for Express Post

WA and NT:

Friday 15th December 2023 for Parcel Post 

Wednesday 20th December 2023 for Express Post 

We recommend the free shipping (if applicable) or Standard shipping options whenever possible for the least environmental impact.

All orders placed on Patagonia.com.au are shipped using Australia Post services where orders are despatched from our Victorian distribution centre (VIC 3030) or our local stores.
