Click & Collect is not currently available in New Zealand.
Who do I contact for questions about my click and collect order?
If you have questions about your order, call the store you are picking up from, or contact Customer Service by one of the methods listed here.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
A digital or print copy of the confirmation email. If someone other than the person who placed the order is picking the item up, they need to bring the confirmation email with them.
Can I make changes to my pickup order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your Click & Collect order, call the store you are picking up from or contact Customer Service by one of the methods listed here.
How long will orders be held in the store?
Once you receive your “Your order is ready for pick up” email, you will have 2 weeks to pick up your order. Check store hours here. If you are unable to pick up your order within the allotted time window, please contact the store.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged as soon as you place your Click & Collect order online.
Can I return my Click & Collect order?
Of course! You can return your Click & Collect order to the store or start an online return on our returns portal.
