How can I return my garment under the UPF recall?

Recently, Patagonia learned that certain styles in our popular Capilene® Cool Daily and Tropic Comfort product lines do not meet the UPF 50+ (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) standard as indicated on the garment. Instead, the products are testing in the range of UPF 17–45.

Due to this we are recalling these products for a full refund.

To return your garment:

1. Please complete the UPF Recall Form HERE.
2. Follow THIS LINK to generate your free return post label.
3. Post garment back to us with your completed UPF Recall Form. PLEASE NOTE: We will be unable to refund your order without this form.
4. Once your garment arrives to us, your refund will be processed within 5 - 10 business days as per your requested refund method.
