Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, unfortunately parcels are taking a little longer than usual to reach us.
We aim to have all parcels processed within 72 hours once we receive them.
We do our best to completely process returns within 2 days from the date they arrive. During high-traffic periods, it may take up to one week for a return to be processed.
Please note: depending on your bank, refunds may take three to seven business days to appear in your account.
If your transaction was processed via Afterpay, this will be processed within 1 day through Afterpay back into your Afterpay account. Please check your Afterpay account to see when you can expect a refund or change in repayment.
