How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We do our best to completely process returns within 2 days from the date they arrive. During high-traffic periods, it may take a little longer.

Please note: depending on your bank, refunds may take three to seven business days to appear in your account.

If your transaction was processed via Afterpay or Laybuy, this will be processed within 1 day into your respective account. Please check your Afterpay account to see when you can expect a refund or change in repayment.
