We do not set a time limit on returns, though we ask that returns for fit or colour be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached.
We accept both current season and discounted items for return.
Items purchased from a Patagonia retail store that are new and with tags attached can be exchanged, returned for a refund or a gift card by filling the Return Form and providing the receipt.

When items have been purchased from an authorised dealer please contact their store for return or exchange.
